To a def man, they look like a
traditional dixieland jazz band. To a blind man, they sound like a DJ spinning
everything from funk to swing to gypsy to reggae, sometimes all at once. To the
cops, it's a busy day on the sidewalk. This grammy nominated fiasco has thrown
